Pay Your Lifestar EMS Bill Online

Pay your ambulance or wheelchair transport bill securely online with a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payments are processed through Square.

What You Will Need

  • The amount due shown on your statement
  • Your Run Number or Trip ID (printed on your statement)
  • The full name of the patient who was transported

How to Pay

  1. Click the Pay My Bill button above. The secure payment page opens in a new tab.
  2. Enter the amount you are paying.
  3. Enter the Run Number or Trip ID and the patient’s full name.
  4. Enter your payment details and submit. A receipt will be emailed to you.

Please do not enter any medical information on the payment form. Only the Run Number or Trip ID and the patient’s name are needed to apply your payment.
